Steven is a Consultant on our consultancy team, having joined the company in September 2015. His specialist areas include gas regulation and code governance; flexibility market regulation, and water market competition.

He provides support on consultancy projects across a wide range of topics, including gas shipping, market entry, peaking plants, batteries and local energy markets. He is also involved in ad hoc work such as writing alerts and attending industry meetings, as well as the delivery of training.

At Cornwall Insight, Steven has:

  • Attended UNC code governance meetings since 2016
  • Regularly presented at our customer forums
  • Supported local authorities on entering the energy market
