Tom has 8 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across a range of industries including tech, property and procurement. He Joined the team in July 2023 after returning from living in New Zealand for 5 years. Tom specialises in great candidate experiences, with a focus on inclusive recruitment practices. He has a teaching background, which he has used to provide career coaching and internal training to staff in his previous roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Cornwall Insight, Tom’s focus will be to continue to source, attract and recruit great people into the organisation. Specific projects will be reviewing our recruitment practices to make them more inclusive for those in underrepresented groups, being a key contact for those in our graduate program, and connecting with external communities and education providers to ensure we have robust talent pipelines to achieve our future plans.
