Tom provides in-house IT support at Cornwall Insight, working closely with our external IT partners to ensure smooth running of daily operations.

Tom maintains the Asset Management system. He also supports the IT manager in delivering projects and maintaining compliance with IT policies and procedures. He joined the team in June 2022, having previously held a similar role at the University of East Anglia. Prior to this, he spent several years providing technical support in the retail technology sector.
