Verity is the Press and PR Officer at Cornwall Insight and is responsible for producing press releases, organising print and broadcast interviews, developing media campaigns and monitoring and reporting on the energy media. She is also the main point of call for journalists. She has been at the company since January 2022 having previously worked as the Press Officer for the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

Verity has worked in Press, PR and Policy for the past ten years, as well as her time in the health sector, she has also spent much of her career in politics working at two local authorities, the Local Government Association and for a national political party.
