Vicky is the Head of Market Intelligence at Cornwall Insight. With over 10 years experience in the energy industry, she has a background in regulation and supplier compliance, working with a wide range of market participants. Specifically, Vicky has an in depth knowledge and understanding of both the licence and industry code requirements that energy suppliers face to ensure they are operating within the rules as well as best practice. 

Vicky leads the Market Intelligence Team, co-ordinating and supporting the Consumer Markets, Assets & Infrastructure and Networks teams in the delivery of a variety of services to customers across the value chain. This enables customers to keep pace with the fast-moving complex energy market, understand the impact of a changing landscape on their business as well as policy and regulatory changes so as to make the best decisions. She also provides support and coaching opportunities to the team, in addition to establishing options for career pathways within the business.
