How can I access my subscription products?

You will find all your subscription products in your customer portal. The link to the login page can be found at the top of the website, in the right-hand corner.  Alternatively, please click here: https://portal.cornwall-insight.com/IdaXLogin. If you already have an account, please enter your username and password, or input your details and sign up for a free account. Once logged into your account, you will find your subscription product/s under ‘My products’, which can be found along the top of the portal homepage.

How can I create a free Cornwall Insight account?

The link to the login page can be found at the top of the website, in the right-hand corner.  Alternatively, please click here: https://portal.cornwall-insight.com/IdaXLogin. Simply input your details, choose a password and click ‘Create account’. You will be sent a verification code via email which needs to be added to the highlighted text box. Click ‘Confirm code’ to finish signing up for a free account.

Where can I buy a training course?

Training courses can be purchased in the ‘Learning & development section. Click ‘Services’ at the top of the website and then click on ‘Learning & development’ in the dropdown. Clicking on each course will take you to a page with more information and the opportunity to book and pay for your course online.

What free articles are available on your website?

We offer a whole host of free articles containing our thoughts and insight, which can be found under the ‘Our thinking’ section at the top of the website. There are a few different ways to contact one of the team at Cornwall Insight. Here you will see the postal address, telephone number and email address for our different offices across the world. There is also the option to visit ‘Our people’ page to find individual team member’s contact details by clicking the button ‘Contact our people’. Further down the page, you can fill in the form to send us a message and one of the team will respond as soon as possible.

Where can I find information on what services you offer in other countries?

Depending on where you are in the world, will depend on which area of the website you initially visit first. For example, if you are in Great Britain (GB) you will be directed to our GB pages. I’ve saved links to your website in my internet browser, but they don’t take me to the right place

Our website has had a complete refresh, and as a result, any saved links in your browser may not take you to where they did on the previous website. For example, if you saved a link to one of your products, you will need to log into your portal to find the new link to the product. (See above on how to login to your portal)You can then save that page to your browser favourites.

The same will need to be done if you saved a particular article in your browser. You can use the search functionality at the top of the website. A login to your portal is needed, and then save the new link to your browser.

I have a subscription to the Compliance portal and the Smart meter portal but can’t find where I log in to these.

You can log in to the portals here: https://portal.cornwall-insight.com/IdaXLogin. Please use the log in details which you used to log in to our previous website. If you have created an account for the new portal, your login details for this won’t work for the compliance and smart meter portals.
