Cornwall Insight wins Employer of the Year and Business of the Year at the 2021 Norfolk Business Awards

Last night businesses from across Norfolk gathered together to hear the 2021 Norfolk Business Awards winners.

Cornwall Insight was proud to be nominated for two categories, Employer of the Year and SME of the Year. Our team waited anxiously on the night to hear the results, and we are delighted to announce that we were awarded Employer of the Year, as well as Business of the Year, which came as a complete surprise.

These awards mean so much to us, as our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Our team’s experience, knowledge and persistence allow Cornwall Insight to be successful in the competitive energy sector. Our values, which are at the company’s core, reaffirm that we believe in our people and value them.

We are incredibly proud to receive the Business of the Year award and this accolade shows how much we have grown. We started life with just three employees around a kitchen table and have now become an international business employing 100 people across three countries. We are proud of our staff; the knowledge and enthusiasm for their sector are what makes Cornwall Insight truly unique.

Although we have grown into an international business, our home will always be Norwich, where our headquarters is based.

It is an honour to be shortlisted and sit amongst some of the best and brightest companies across the region, let alone win. We are proud not only to be the recipient of the Employer and Business of the Year Awards but of our team’s hard work and expertise to fulfil our ambition of guiding the sector through the net zero transition.
