ESB Networks published a consultation on its Stakeholder Engagement Report 2021 on Thursday 10 March. The report states that ESB Networks delivered against all eight of its identified engagement focus areas reported in its Stakeholder Engagement Plan 2021 and sets out some examples of engagement undertaken in 2021.
This included carrying out customer awareness and satisfaction research for the National Smart Metering Programme; improving the customer experience through updating and relaunching its website; consulting on Electrification of Heat and Transport Strategy; and introducing its mini-generation pilot scheme to streamline the application process for domestic renewable generators.
Views are sought on the report and on how ESB Networks engaged with stakeholders throughout 2021, with responses requested by 22 April.
