Tom Edwards, Senior Modelling Consultant, spoke to the Telegraph on how new north-south power cables would give Britain a massive wind boost.
At the moment there is not enough capacity to deal with all the wind projects that are in the pipeline north of the border and, although power companies have already committed to quite a lot, there are still questions about where the rest will come from.
