Tina joined Cornwall Insight in April 2020, to align the organisation's people and talent strategy with the business goals across culture and behaviour, recruitment and talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, induction and re-induction, the evolution of policies and procedures, employee engagement and organisational change. Tina works closely with the heads of business areas and team leads to support people management and resourcing.
Tina has worked across many sectors during her career, including 6 years working for an energy consultancy. Her passion has always been people and she decided to develop this further in 2014 and embarked on studying towards her CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management. Her experience brings both a commercial and people perspective to Cornwall Insight.
