We now expect the market in 2016-17 (CP15) to be undersupplied, primarily owing to a year of below average wind speeds. Therefore, we now expect a recycle value in CP15 which has boosted forecast Roc values. With the exception of CP16, our capacity and Roc issue forecast out to CP25 has risen on our last report. This has increased forecast RO targets and costs of the scheme (£/MWh) from CP17 onwards. Confirmation of the CP16 buy-out price (£45.58) means we now present values for CP16 onwards in 2017-18 money. ...
