1 Assessment & recommendation The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has provisionally concluded that there is a need for a statutory regime governing the regulation of heat networks. It set out its view on 10 May in an update paper on its market study into heat networks supplying domestic consumers, and comments on the work so far and the recommendations are welcomed until 31 May.
