CMP265 would remove the majority of the Triad benefit (the residual element) for all embedded generators who have a Capacity Market agreement after 2020. This would include any existing Capacity Market contracts that extend beyond 2020. Both change proposals are working to tight timescales and a consultation is planned for issue on 18 July.
